Do I need to install any software or local servers?
No. MyInfirmary runs in the browser on your computer, tablet or phone. Nothing to install.
Can I bring in my existing patient list?
Yes. Import a CSV file from the Patients page (save it from Excel as CSV). Phone numbers and duplicates are checked before anything is added.
How are my patient records and clinic data secured?
Each clinic's data is kept separate by database security rules. Staff can turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, and you can export all your data as CSV at any time.
What happens after the 30-day free trial ends?
Subscribe for ₹1,999 a month to keep working. If you don't, your records stay readable and you can export them, so nothing is lost.
